    You are not committed to long term support contracts

    You will not be tied in to annual contracts – we offer 1 month term agreements.

    Response Times

    We offer guaranteed response times with the vast majority of all IT support requests being addressed immediately or within 15 minutes of the request being registered.

    Our field based engineers are available for on site attendance should this be needed or requested. We do not charge for traveling or call out.

    Whilst we do this too, often, the greatest level of dissatisfaction with computer systems within an organisation can only be learned from listening to operators' feedback as they are the people confronted with using the systems every day. We take the time to listen to your concerns first, how you are affected by such issues and what you would like to see done to help your business run more efficiently.

    We take the time to understand your systems and how they integrate into your business, recognising their importance to the ongoing success of your business.

    In addition to monitoring the success of your data backups each working day, we will maintain regular contact with you via telephone and offer 6 monthly on-site health checks to ensure your IT systems are running efficiently.

    We will also send you timely reminders for matters such as hardware warranty renewal, anti virus licence renewal etc.

    We offer you a Proactive, Preventative Approach ( free IT Operations Review)

    We believe in addressing any fundamental problems you may have with your IT systems, subject to cost and your approval, to minimise recurring problems in the future and/or downtime of your operations. We are happy to conduct a free, no obligation review of your IT systems, together with preparation of report of our findings and recommendations, which we will discuss with you in person – whether you choose to implement any of our recommendations does not affect our ability to provide you with ongoing support services.

    Daily monitoring of your backups

    We will check the success of your data backups every working day to provide you with the ‘peace of mind’ that you have a backup of your data. We will also offer advice and services relating to disaster recovery protection.

    Transparency

    You will receive monthly utilisation reports, detailing any support requests you have registered with us, together with a detailed breakdown of the work performed by our engineers from the investigate/research stage through to resolution, with dates, times and engineers' names detailed for your perusal.

    We invest regularly in our staff and systems to ensure we offer our clients a reliable and comprehensive range of support services. In addition to our internal office based support desk systems, we operate suites of dedicated servers housed in secure data centres located in Bolton and Telecity in Manchester – the majority of our clients retain our services to host their web sites and email services, including remote backup services with replication of services and data between the two secure sites.
